REACH

Since about 4 years now the EU legislative EC 1907/2006 (REACH. Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is effective. Meanwhile a lot of work has been done and some of our products have already been registered. However most of our products have to be registered either in 2013 or in 2018 there is still a lot to do. We are preparing all registration dossiers together with our partners early in advance so that our substances will be registered on time.
Since December 2010 the EU legislative EC 1272/2008 (CLP, Classification, Labelling and Packaging) has also become effective. This means industry has to verify that every chemical independently of the quantity which is manufactured or imported into the EU has to be notified at the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki. All Substances we are trading have been notified in accordance of the regulatory and all substances which are new will be notified as soon as possible.Also all the substances have to be labelled with new labels for hazardous materials. We create and re-check the labels in our offices strictly according to the regulatory and send it to our partners in order to fulfil all the obligations.For questions regarding REACH or CLP do not hesitate to contact our REACH and CLP manager
