Klaus F. Meyer GmbH is looking forward to its 30th anniversary in 2012 in marketing fine chemicals, chemical intermediates and chemical specialties for the pharmaceuticals, photographic, agricultural, paints & coatings, fragrances, cosmetic, textile and general chemical industry from Fussgoenheim in Germany.
With own offices in Shanghai-Puxi, China and Humenné, Slovakia, Eastern Europe as well as cooperation in India with Shubham Speciality Products and with some 200 customers in more than 40 countries around the world, including many well‑known chemicals industry companies in Germany, Europe and elsewhere the Klaus F. Meyer GmbH is one of the leading suppliers for chemical raw materials, intermediates and special chemicals.We are specializing in two types of business: In the field of classical stockholding, we supply our customers around the globe from our warehouses at Mannheim, Hamburg and Vlaardingen, near Rotterdam. Thus we can guarantee just-in-time-deliveries according to our customer’s premises. Direct business, on the other hand, takes place between the manufacturer and the customer, with no intermediary.
Another special-feature of our company are door-to-door deliveries in Isotank containers including very dangerous goods (corrosive, toxic, etc.), in order to keep the entire logistics under our own control. A fixed and much honored basic principle of our company is that only laboratory‑tested chemicals are used. We also perform quality audits at the manufacturer's site.
Handling of samples, re-packing of Trifluoromethanesulfonic acid as well as preparing derivatives of Trifluoromethanesulfonic acid we perform in our rented laboratory in chem2biz on the site of BASF SE in Ludwigshafen/Rhine.
Here we have also the possibilities to work under air free and dry conditions in a Nitrogen atmosphere so we can handle sensitive and delicate chemicals.

Another very important feature of Klaus F. Meyer GmbH is quality assurance. We belong to the circle of companies which are ISO certified since many years now and thus always guarantees highest quality of delivery. Last year we were re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Sustainability is also a very important topic. Therefore Klaus F. Meyer GmbH as a member of the VCH(Verband Chemiehandel) joined the “Responsible Care” program, the global voluntarily initiative of the chemical industry.
